    Amazing. Just amazing. Gotta be careful though. If for some reason the octopus had snapped and attacked, the other diver would have had to kill it to protect his mate. Would be a serious shame

    Nice Video. But that sure was dangerous. These animals are normally harmless, but it’s still a big and dangerous animal that can easyly take down a big shark that would tare you apart and you never know how animals react.

    It’s true, the suckers don’t have unique brains but they do react instinctively as independent parts when they’re not the main focus of the Octopus’s action.
    And they do “hug” stuff to feel them out, like a blind curious sea creature kind of.

    Stupid divers who don’t do their research freak out when that occurs though, just because of the sheer size it has in person.

    And Giant Squid are much longer, can’t say much about span though. These things can get 20-30 feet wide I believe.
